What it will do

Rooms and room types
Set up your room types and each room you sell. A booking holds one real room for the whole stay.
Nightly pricing
A base price per night, with weekday and date-specific prices on top. A stay is priced night by night.
No double booking of a room
One check decides whether a room is free for every night of a stay, the same check RentnRide already uses, so the same room cannot be given to two bookings.
One bill per stay
A guest folio keeps the stay’s charges and payments on one bill, so what is owed is never added up by hand.
Housekeeping status
Each room shows whether it is dirty, being cleaned or ready, and a room that is not ready is not checked into by mistake.
Your own booking website
A website for your property, where guests see your room types and send a booking request straight to your front desk.
