No double booking of a room
One check decides whether a room is free for every night of the stay. It is the same check RentnRide already uses, so a room is never given to two bookings at once.
Nightly pricing
A base price per night, a weekday price and a price for a specific date, applied night by night. Every amount is kept in whole poisha.
The bill
What a guest owes, in one place.
A guest folio
Each stay’s charges and payments on one bill, so the amount owed at check-out comes from the folio, not from a calculator.
The rooms themselves
Ready or not, at a glance.
Housekeeping status
Each room shows dirty, being cleaned or ready. A room that is not ready cannot be checked into unless a manager allows it.
Your guests, before they arrive
Booking requests come straight to your front desk.
Your own booking website
A website for your property that shows your room types, where a guest sends a booking request to your front desk.
